 Letting Loose
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the Italian Space
Agency have at last released a 358-page report explaining why, on the space
shuttle Columbia's most recent mission, the Tethered Satellite broke free.
Something caused a break in the insulation surrounding the tether's
conductor. Current from this copper wire then jumped to a nerby electrical
grounding site. The current burned through much of the tether until,
finally, it snapped.

Nem ugyanarrol a muholdrol van szo?
